I found this up, not only full with amazing videos and flows, but also a great companion for my practice. It has motivated me with the material, guest and letters from Adel. I simply love it!
No matter what I am feeling, whether I need to energize, calm down, or just momentarily distress, I am I was able to find the perfect option! I also love being able to categorize by time or a special skill. Was delighted that the meditative and thought-provoking aspect was just as strong as the physical practice.
Adell’s app has a huge amount of classes in wide subject, difficulty, and time ranges. It’s ideal for anyone from a beginner to someone who has been practicing yoga for years. Working with Adell helped me feel differently in my body in less than a week.
I found Adell on Instagram about a year ago and looked into her videos on YouTube. I tried to follow along, but at first I was frustrated that they weren’t like any other yoga class I was used to. In time, I came to be SUPER appreciative of her unique style of teaching. When she came out with her app, I jumped at the opportunity to subscribe. The variety of classes she offers (length and focus) and how she organizes them on the app is just amazing. It’s very easy to follow along with her daily flows geared towards her monthly focus OR you can easily find whatever type of class length I focus you’re looking for. I have learned so much about my body from Adell and am so excited to practice with her for years to come!
I love her challenges, but in reality I mostly NEED all the gentle basics which she does so well. I love a good long class, but in reality I find myself committing to her shorter sequences. Sometimes I feel so much better I will extend the practice after I get started. Really, I can’t ask for anything better.

Adell is a Smart yoga instructor and she creates intelligent, creative classes intermixed with yogic philosophy. The app is really user friendly and you can tell she puts so much work into it! Give it a try, you’re sure to love it.
If you don’t already know Adell Bridges, this is an excellent introduction! Adell is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and offers options throughout the movements. From guided meditations, to workshops with experts full of brain-body science to a variety of intensity of movement, Adell has created a safe space to explore yoga and meditation from wherever you are. Of all the apps on my phone, this is the app I use the most! I’ve had a personal yoga practice for two decades and this app and Adell herself are my go-to most-favorite way to practice!
Adell is an amazing teacher, and by taking her classes through the app I feel more confident as a yoga teacher myself. Her creativity that flows through all the sequences she creates are inspiring, and there are quite a few “a-ha” moments in transitions from poses to poses. Although some classes can be quite challenging and seem scary at first, she always cues simplifications as well, which is very inclusive, and as someone with hypermobility it is so nice to know which sequences are specifically safe for us. 10/10 recommend to a friend
I could not love these flows more if I tried, but I’m open to it so I’m excited to see what Adell shares each day/week/month. I’m on my free trial and have began following the weekly plan. I also was feeling very stiff today and wanted more juicy movement so I worked through last months compass flows (the first three) before I even realized I had moved through that many. So far, I am very excited to be moving my body in new ways and I love how thoughtful you are in reminding us to do what is feeling good for us! 💓
