I have tried many different apps for workouts but this is one of a kind. The intention and programming is awesome. I found so many other apps just offer full body or random workouts that have no intention. I would not buy any other app!!
53 years old and so easy to use with suggestions for alternate exercises if you can’t do one/don’t have the equipment. Everything is laid out for you so you don’t have to think- just show up and put in the effort. I love how it hits all the major muscle groups as well as working little supportive muscles. Really has helped me with functional strength. I actually look forward to working out!
I have done many workouts and programs in my life and this is by far the best well rounded program there is! You have to put zero thought into it, you just show up day after day and see so much improvement ! Now they even have a targeted program por pregnancy and postpartum which is top notch. I started with the postpartum one and my strength and mobility has increased so much. It also helped me heal and strength my pelvis after 2 pregnancies. I could not recommend this more for truly whatever season you are in! 🙌🏼 a bonus that I can do all of these workouts from my living room!!
I have been following various Moves by Madeline plans since 2020, and I don’t see myself needing or wanting to try another program any time soon. Madeline’s programming has gotten me from being an avid cardio junkie, to loving watching my body change and grow stronger with resistance training, to safely going through two pregnancies. I really believe she has a program for any stage of fitness/life- new to working out, new to strength training, wanting a challenge, new mom, newly pregnant, etc etc, she’s got a plan for you. Plus the community is so amazing and supportive! We’re all just showing up and doing our best. Highly recommend!
Its probably the first time that I would say this but since finding Movesapp, i am actually enjoying strength training especially back workouts. I’ve been physically active and enjoyed working out but hated strength training overall but since becoming a Mom, I have to make a change with how I train myself and thats when I joined Movesapp. Joined sometime in June and I can see the progress in my back muscles which pretty much was non existent for years from bad posture lol i also feel that now i intrinsically correct my posture in neutral which is very important for me. So thank you for building the Movesapp 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have been recommending it to my patients as well so they can continue working on themselves after being in outpatient PT rehab.
I just wanted to send a message praising mom moves! I just saw a pelvic PT after having my 3rd baby 5 weeks ago and she was blown away by how much strength and control I had being that I just had a baby! She said she never had a patient that close to postpartum with the strength I had and she noted the preparation and work that I put in prior. I owe that all to Mom Moves! So thank you for putting out the absolute best programs that produce results!
In a current world where everything costs more (often for less product/quality) I am so amazed at the value of moves app. Absolutely love the programming, and even more so that I don’t have to think about it. I press play and go. Thank you!
I started doing Moves app two years ago after I was diagnosed with PCOS (which is linked with insulin resistance). I also started loosely tracking macros at that point, and I just had labs drawn with my PCP and my fasting insulin levels showed no insulin resistance. Even though I didn’t have these labs drawn before, I truly believe strength training (specifically Moves app!) has increased my insulin sensitivity. Forever grateful for this program and all the education provided!
These workouts have changed my life! The weekly moves and Core Program are so well thought out and programmed perfectly. I was experiencing extreme lower back pain a month ago. I started core moves and my back pain is almost completely gone! I went to my first PT appointment and felt so confident because I was already doing exactly what they told me I needed to be doing. I’ve worked out for many years and always thought I had a “strong core” but the core moves has been a complete game changer for my body. I’m so glad to be working on this now before pregnancy as well. I know it will help so much! I can’t thank Madeline enough for providing these programs!!
