Crashes a lot when you try to enter parking space. Still beats walking to a meter only to find it broken.

I downloaded this app and it has my car from 3 years years ago and there is absolutely no way to update my vehicle information didn’t get much further than that, but it certainly didn’t look easy to use. Complete utter garbage

App crashes 6-7 times in a row every single time I try to scan a meter QR code. I work somewhere where I have to park on a meter so multiple times a day I have to stand in front of a meter just desperately trying to get the app to stay open long enough to pay so I don’t get ticketed. I have no idea why my city continues to use such a buggy piece of software. Absolute garbage.

This app has 2 stars but deserves none. What a steaming pile of garbage. I spent far more time trying to pay for parking, after having to search for the app since the QR code didn’t work, than I by rights should have to. Paid for 3 hours, costing $3, and I should be paid for having to use the app when there are far better products out there in wider use.

Downloaded and completed info within 5 minutes. Used to pay for parking first time with no issues.

I use this app everyday to park my vehicle at the BAT Transit Garage in Brockton to connect with the MBTA Commuter Rail. I was able to set up my vehicle profile for multiple vehicles which is great for my business tracking purposes. The app detects my location, I enter my space number and because this location is all-day parking for $2.65 you don’t have an hourly option. After completing my purchase a confirmation window opens showing my spot and my vehicle and an option to take a picture of my location so I can remember where my vehicle is. Most of these bad reviews are from years ago so it looks like they got a lot of the issues in order and addressed. I’ll give it 4 Stars because there is always room for approvement.

Spent a good 10 minutes downloading the app creating an account- had to enter everything manually, no population of fields. Then the app tells me the parking space is not valid, even though the information on the meter was entered correct. Had to wander around trying to find someone with quarters! This is after I have given all my information to the app. Such a pain!

My wife went to the one town, she send me the pic and I downloaded the app so I could pay for her parking for a couple of hrs, if you are not there it only allows you to pay for a full day $12.00 NOT BY THE HOUR!!!!!
