App automatically closes after I enter my username and password even if updated my app.uninstalling and install it again its still the same it doesnt work

App is bad
Tried to log in, my account is not found, but when I create another account and tried to link my rfid, my rfid is said to be linked in another account. HOW CAN I see now how my balance is??
Always crashes after logging in
This used to be a reliable app but recently it even if you have the updated app it always crashes upon login.
It doesn’t even want to open.
The app keeps closing upon login. Using iPhone 12/15. Pls fix.
Unreliable
Experienced my top up not reflecting on time 2x having to follow up their customer service. Super unreliable especially when your aim is ro have seamless trip via expressway. Topping up via other app might even be better
Apple ID Login absolute failure
Before the update, I use to login using my Apple ID. Now, for some reason, when logging in using this option, email is already used. Tried using Google, same issue. Tried signing up, same issue. Basically locked out of my account.
Not working
Cant log in my account
Registered Account was removed after the Update
Before the app update, everything is okay and working as intended. Then the update came, it says im not yet registered, so i register. Same email, contact number, name, DOB etc. success! Then time to add my easytrip rfid acct, same account number, same card number, BOOM! Card is already registered to another account. Reached out via chat (website) end up with a Bot. No help at all!

Still cannot add my rfids after the update
After the update, and with many inquiry with cs, still no solution. hay…… Revert back to the old one, atleast yun gumagana ng matino. Ibang developer gumawa niyo kaya siguro ganyan, parang lumipat ng tao na gumagawa ng app kaya puro palpak ung update
