Can’t access the balance is my account in this case app . How can I access my account balance using this app?

Last year it works fine. Now attempting to login, crashes. Password reset OTP, crashes. Please fire your devs.

The app logged me out after the update and when I logged back in my RFID accounts was deleted. Tried to sync my account back but it is now saying account already in use. It worked fine before the update!

The app didn’t work after the update, I followed the instructions for facebook user (forgot password) it says invalid account. I create new account but it says rf id belongs to another account. So this update is really USELESS.

This app is solely focused on the EasyTrip RFID. So all features that you think will help you to plan your route and estimate tolls only work for specific expressways. You cannot plan and end to end trip across AutoSweep and EasyTrip. In essence designed from the EasyTrip perspective, not from the customers perspective. To make it worse you get in-app ads, worthless reward prompts and they gather too much personal information. Do not recommend using this at all.

App was working fine before update. Just updated it. First they wouldn’t accept my email & password . Then they accepted my biometrics. But now says my rfid account number belongs to another user. I have the card and the sticker on my car…so NO it’s NOT!!! Fix your app please! I’ll just use the text method to check my balance and load on GCash - not the app. 2 stars because the biometrics at least works

I just downloaded this app and it does everything that it promises. The max you can reload, however, is only PP 1000. Whereas using GCash you can load more than PP 1K.

Not working…

You can't add an RFID because it's already linked to another account. When you try to open the account, it says the password is wrong, so you try to reset it. But when you attempt to reset the password, it shows an error saying the email is invalid, even though the email is already registered. If you try creating a new account with a different email, you still can't add the RFID because it's linked to the other account. It keeps saying "invalid." This app is useless, totally frustrating.
