I don’t understand why Mr Sub won’t improve their app? It is actually unusable. You can only order select subs, no Louisiana chicken. For wraps you only have two options, when you’re in the restaurant you can make any sub a wrap. I haven’t even gone to the ordering part of the app just because there is no selection of their actual menu. I love Mr Sub so this is a huge disappointment. I will be ordering from Subway today considering their app is very user friendly.

App won’t allow me to log in. Fix the app

Since nobody at Mr Sub HQ got back to me figured I would leave my complaint here. Been to 3 locations 1 out of 3 locations seemed to be up to speed. First location told me they don’t take SPC so I didn’t get my discount. That same location gave up on trying to scan my rewards card so I’ve lost many points with them with getting a free sub. Location number 2 handled me with love and care knew exactly where to find the SPC discount on there computer and were able to scan my rewards card. When I told location number 2 about my experience at location number one they laughed at them saying that’s not fair the way they treated me. Now location number 3 is where I give up. They couldn’t give me my SPC discount saying they couldn’t find the discount and also told me there system was too “outdated” to scan my rewards card. I’ve sent in 2 inquires on the customer service page on the mr sub site but it’s been a few weeks and nobody has gotten back to me. I encourage many students to think of another option for lunch and reward card holders just don’t even bother.

I love Mr. Sub. And to have an app with rewards is great - if only it would work! Every time I open the app to the rewards screen I just get an app error. I’ve missed out on so many rewards towards free subs :(

Why is there no option to add the digital rewards card to the Apple Wallet app? Please add that option immediately! Also, add the option to pay with Apple Pay. Most importantly though, where is darkmode?!! The bright white screens hurt my eyes and drain my iPhone battery too quickly. You need to add darkmode ASAP! Seriously, without these basic features, you don’t deserve more than 3 out of 5 stars. Fix this!

Why does the app only list the small size classic subs? Every other category you can order a large.

What a great option love being able to pick my subs ready to go !
