I used app twice in November after app was updated and I no longer receive rewards.

Their app doesn’t always with as it should but the food quality is great

It was impossible to claim free sub and add it to cart. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it worked. Otherwise app is fine.

There’s no way to add a redeemed free sub to cart

The app won’t let me add my free sub to the checkout page.

I can’t use the app because I forgot my password and it won’t send me the email to reset. I have tried several times now to reset my password and it doesn’t work. Yes I checked my junk mail. App is useless if it doesn’t work. Perhaps Mr.Sub wants a malfunctioning app so it saves money and doesn’t have to give up free food that is earned.

My review is the same as others have already reviewed . The mr sub stores cannot scan the card in the app… i have to read the number to them each time. Also can you let us add a physical card to the app after we have signed up to the app? And as someone else mentioned add it to the wallet on iphone would be really handy.

Please update this app everytime I need to login to the app and my barcode doesn’t scan at the Mr subs. Check out subway apps and offer some daily specials ???

Can’t order from many locations, they’re not listed on the app. I also wasn’t able to order past 8pm even though my chosen location closes at 10pm. Not good to use.

I see another person wrote the same review. Fix your app!!! I can’t get into the rewards because it won’t let you reset your password. When you tap the Reset your Password, it takes you to the page for ordering a sub. 😡
