MSN (Start)

I used to choose an article from MSN then it said continue reading in App. So I accept. Now it won’t open and wants me to download Start App or something like that. Which I have.Garbage. Just let me read the article on MSN. The Startpage does not have the same articles that I find on MSN homepage.

When I first got the app it was fine but after a couple weeks they got rid of the news button on the bottom of the screen and replaced it with camera. Camera?! No big deal could still get to the news through the apps section so I pinned the news app to my favorites and moved on. Not too long after that the news disappeared from the apps section. Now I only get a handful of top stories on the homepage. For the life of me I can’t figure out why this news app doesn’t want me to see the news. I use the app only for Microsoft points now and get my news from Google.

Recently, this app has been prompting me on my iPad and iPhone to allow access to my Photos - whatever for? So, my trust level is now really low.

Can you kindly add an option to send the planned rout on web bing map directly to phone as google does? And could you please develop bing maps app for ios like google maps? Thank you 🙏

I don’t like that I am forced to use the app instead of reading the news online like before. It is not convenient and very annoying.

The June 2024 updates have made this app useless for people who use Voiceover. The news content is now a disorganized bunch of things, with many of them unlabeled. This was a good app, so I have no idea why Microsoft chose to remove the features that worked well for blind people.

I basically can’t read any news on MSN anymore. When I see an article I want to read on MSN and click on the article, it takes me to the download the app screen, even though I’ve already downloaded the app. I never do see the whole article to read it. I HATE this app.

This app was perfect until it wasn't. I used to be able to read my news as per my interests, each interest having its own tab and all related news contained within. Now it all appears on the homepage with no organization which means endless scrolling.

Can’t copy any text in this app. Ridiculous soft limitation. Will not use. Why is this a requirement to read text? I have a perfectly good browser for that. Another soft limitation.
