Worst bank of UAE for new Customers I can't even open a bank account there requirements are to much they will ask tenancy contract, utility bills last 3 months bank statement reflect salary i provided everything but they said they can't open the account worst bank worst experience. There's no option for zero start otherwise i will give zero.

Firstly, it failed to transfer accounts information from primary bank, namely, al hilal bank. Than it failed to log in for more than 3 days, and now in current update, it requires user to take their mug shots in order to be able to access application features? Isn’t it breach of privacy? Why do you need my face pictures? Aren’t you already verifying my identity from Emirates ID, OTP and banking information? Extremely bad , I am already porting out of this new “Al Hilal Digital”

I like the Bank and initially the mobile app was working fine. But Extremely incompetent customer service and IT department!! Im currently traveling in Canada and imagine when the face ID didnt work, I cannot send or add beneficiaries due to the error. I did basic troubleshooting, I had been trying to reached out via Mail and Live Chat but no concrete answers. One of the customer agents said i should uninstall and install and when I install the App, my face ID was not completely valid anymore and it kept saying error. My scare to not being able to access my online banking when traveling abroad this is anyones nightmare. Ive reached a couple of times 19th, 29th of June and 3rd of July. Hoping i will get an answer or atleast a solution to get access my account. But I was told to keep waiting and they have raised the concern for immediate attention and until now no follow up or no response from Al Hilal Bank. Very disappointing for this urgent matter, i do not recommend their agents to deal with this. I NEED SOLUTION NOW AL HILAL BANK.

I find the app amazing so i download it and added some money to the account but unfortunately the app suddenly got an error can not open face id issues i tried for ages to contact and solve the issues but up to date it has not been fixed i dont know why it takes long i mean like ages, i have to keep contacting the customer service and always gets the same answer we will follow up.
