The worst financial app so far, owners of this app are professionals in stealing peoples money and will never respond with any attempt, report, and complain to customer care about failure to make a successful withdrawal…. My money has been stuck in this app for a while now and all my attempts and communication to customer support representatives regarding the issue I’ve faced while making withdrawal has never been attempted to for months now…. I advise new and potential users to flee from this app and any other services that developers of this app offer.

I made a deposit successfully after verification my account, i withdrew to crypto wallet and up till now, I have not received it in my wallet. Ticket 1317862 I have also provided documents required. Kindly process my withdrawal. This is heartbreaking 💔

This Application has to be one of the worst crypto app ever, Customer services very very poor, they withhold funds in the account for unnecessary verification even after series and stages of verification… if you haven’t use this App, don’t bother trying it out cos they will frustrate you

There's no customer service in order to reply’s to ticket 1175655 very bad customer service my funds are stuck in this app they ask for verification and i provide all the documents for more than a week They refused to reply not verify me. yet they’re still holding my hard earned money. users please be aware to not deposit.

After have successfully done verification I deposited on 26/05/22 and I was told to submit additional documents documents which are selfie of me holding my document, proof of address, and my identification card which I did since that same date and till today 01/06/22 they didn’t respond to my ticket which my money just hang there and I’m unable to do anything they just hold money like trying to scam people
