While the app is handy to make and receive payments for online merchants and vendors who accept MuchBetter , unfortunately it’s extremely painful to get timely withdrawals to almost any method you choose. Wasn’t MuchBetter suppose to be better ? Even PayPal withdrawls are instantaneous. Also the chat bot is horrible at its best.

They don't let me close my account. Each time i deposit the money they say "congratulation" etc., but when I tried to close my account permanently they say "oops something when wrong, please try again. Don't be a fool and give them your bank information, biometrics etc. They have many hidden fees. This app is a scam!

This app used to be great. The customer service used to be great and then they turn into a bunch of clowns and for no reason they friggin delay my payments. They don’t allow my my money to go through to my merchants. My ID matches my account info and mattress the account info with my merchant yet they still piss around and don’t allow my money to go through. It’s my money much better stop pissing around around with it.

I take comfort in the safety and quick service with my finances. “Much better “ than my long time personal financial institution. Are Doing a great job MB, I thank you for your service.

I can’t withdraw my money because of their verification requirements. I already submitted my Driver License into my account which has my legal name, address everything on it, but still they are demanding more & more like bank statements, residence lease documents for my approval. I lost my 1500$ I definitely know that because these people are just doing the same for every individual I believe. I will make a legal action asap

Initially I had problems getting my account started up but now that it is it makes it so easy to do my things online.

Well to start u can’t change anything on ur account they want u to make a completely new one and then u try and they will deny access and they also let u send money to a non verified released my money and won’t refund it or help me to get it back I sent it to myself a number I can’t register because it’s claiming I am already registered
