Like others the app randomly logs me out but generally I can get logged in reasonably easily. There is an issue with accessing the account settings esp. if using an iPhone with a Dynamic Island. This suggests that the app hasn’t been written to effectively utilise Apple’s frameworks when it comes to screen handling. Would be great to see a refresh of the app.

I am using iPhone 15 pro with latest software updates. I have downloaded the app but I cannot scan my card into the app. I cannot see any way to manually input card number either. Therefore 1 star until this is resolved.

I have been trying to obtain a new card as my card is damaged. My iPhone tells me to get the upgraded card which allows location however, there does not appear to be any part of your App which provides this! My iPhone will not scan my old card so,,,, what can I do & how can you help a loyal 25 year customer????

I frequent muffin break but this app is TERRIBLE. It logs me out every time, never saves my coffees so my loyalty card essentially starts back at 0 every time. It often doesn’t even allow me to log in with my socials. This app has so much to improve on.

Works fine on Ipad Pro 12.9 App error on Iphone 15 PLUS running ios 17.4.1 for some time now.

It’s been stating that their is a bug in the app and they are working on it but it still does not work. Its been like this for a while

This is useless. You’re given a rewards card, but can’t set it up in the app. Can’t scan the bar code and the site doesn’t open when you scan the QR code. What’s the point of a rewards card if you can’t set up your account!!!

Same issue as previous user. Cannot login with Facebook or Apple. Can’t open my account to redeem any rewards or birthday offers.

Who doesn’t enjoy free coffee and not having to carry another card around with them? Unfortunately the app is in need of a lot of work. On newer iPhones the app doesn’t respect the unusable area at the top and bottom of the screen so accessing some of the features can be frustrating. Apple login doesn’t work. It also randomly logs you out and doesn’t integrate with Keychain so you have to manually type your password in. Because of this I have missed out on rewards. Please upgrade the app!

Can’t log in. Details are correct! I’m giving up on this one! I will stick with coffee club! There app is easy to use
