I didn’t get further than the registration, which wanted phone number, postcode and DOB(!!) as part of the registration, with no explanation as to why they would need them. This sort of thing is now illegal. Why do they need my birth date and post code to buy muffins and coffee?! I don’t trust them with this data, as they don’t appear to know what they’re doing or what their responsibilities are. Will go somewhere else.

I have downloaded the app and deleted and downloaded again to no joy. It won't recognise my registered email address but I can get on via the website. So I guess I carry the plastic and don't use my Apple Wallet!

It would be better if you correct all the technical error on your app before publishing it .I don’t even wanted to give a star for this app.

If I could give it a lower rating i would have done. I have registered my card online successfully but when I try and log in through the app it won’t let me in! It won’t accept my email I’ve registered with, and every time I try it, it says ‘Oops, something went wrong. Close the app and try again. And when I try and change my password (I know it doesn’t need changing because I remember it) it won’t let me do that either! I just hope that when I try and use the card in the shop it’s actually truly registered and I won’t look stupid at the checkout! Absolute joke! That’s all this app is!

I use “plus addressing” to sort valid email from spam and it claims it to be invalid.

This app really needs to have ‘add to Apple wallet’ functionality. I love the stores, but this is the only app I have which is missing wallet integration, and it’s frustrating.

It would be great if the card could be added to Apple wallet like other coffee shop cards. I see someone asked about this over two years ago so I won’t hold my breath.

I just got sorted on the app. I was expecting an email to confirm everything and all the info I needed. I forgot my password which could have been due to poor internet. I couldn’t reset it without using the card number on the screen. Any other app allows you to change passwords and other stuff easily

No issues other that it really would be obvious to incorporate Apple Wallet.

This app doesn’t work, neither show card number. Tried to register several times but still doesn’t show card number.
