موقع سيء جدا وارجاع سيء جدا وخدمة عملاء سيئه ، مافيه احد اعرفه طلب منهم وهو مرتاح

Worst online shopping ever

i asked to return an item . Marah asked me to take photos for the item before accepting the request . very weird !! they dont trust their clients!! and then she said i cant return it because its been 10 days already from the shipping date.

اسوء ابليكيشن طلبت منه الخدمه وطلب الارجاع لمنتج عطلان خذاله شهر عشان يردون يستلمونه وانا اتحمل الشحن عشان يوصلهم منتجهم الخربان وولحين لا استلمت الجهاز اللي ابيه ولا رجعولي المبلغ

After the app’s update. I am unable to pay for my stuff and always getting a message about an error finishing the payment process Even unable to put stuff in the chart So disappointed..
