Love this game, the graphics and the stories. Though something can be done about the energy regeneration as it takes so long!

THE GAME'S STORY IS set in a hotel tucked away in one of the most beautiful locations in the Alps. But the happy adventure quickly reverses. The tale begins when one of the guests goes missing, and it is not long before other strange events start to occur.
THE MAIN PROTAGONIST, Anna Myers, is a journalist from Zurich who wants to spend her holidays in a quiet and peaceful hotel. But now Anna must end her holiday and find the answers! With each new day the story thickens, and Anna must decide which one of the ten Mystery characters could be the killer.

need tons of energy for nothing
every steps drain tons of energy. couldn't believe that i was at the end of solving the case and it required 20 energy which i watched 2 ads to collect. then after only a few dialogue, not talking much, they said the room is cold and asked me to add wood to fireplace. then i need 20 energy again to continue the conversation! like seriously?

Error
What happened on this App? I can‘t open it. I uninstalled it and re-downloaded it back and it still won't open and the game displays a red download error screen internally. It's pretty much my favourite game can't open it and I get really frustrated.

I have submitted 2 times, but have deleted. Please help. Can not continue to play the game, on part3-chapter2 !!!! when given the item to the person, the game is loading, then forced to exit to the homepage. Please help. If still no replying, I may delete the game.
Take too long time to refill energy
The game take too long to refill energy! I waited for 12 hour and it only refill less than 100. And each move costed 10 units of energy, I can only play for 5-10 minutes.
Achievements
Ive completed all chapters but some dont give me achievements that were there for completing that chapter. Otherwise the game is great and I understand why energy is regenerated so slow. I want more Anna and Luigi 🥹
Just too greedy
Such a good game. Love how you did a wonderful job on small details like graphic, sound effects and voice acting, these details just sunk me into the game. I’m totally willing to pay for good mobile games but this game is just too greedy. HK$78 could pay for a simple lunch in Hong Kong but can’t reach half of a chapter in this game. I almost lost all of my patience. Please lower the prices
