My wife had been using Musely products for years and recommended that I try their new eye serum. I've always had tired-looking eyes due to bags under them. I've been using it for a short while, so I haven't seen any significant improvements yet, but I believe it's helping, and the health tips provided in the app are excellent. I regularly work out and do my best to eat right, and Musely has helped make doing so even more effortless.

I have a friend request that I can’t accept. Also, the skin improvement game doesn’t work for two days in a row, then says you’re two days behind! This is distressing as this is a way to earn money for a discount on products.

I made my first purchase on the website and then downloaded the app. It has only brought up my existing account information once in all of the times I’ve tried to use it. It loads incredibly slowly. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. It’s useless. I don’t know what to do. I can only do the enurse check-ins on the app, but it isn’t working.

This app is kind of a waste of time. I don’t have any friends who play that I can play trivia with. For playing every day I end up earning a few cents. And it needs updating more than other apps I use.

Musely’s policies are tricky, misleading, and difficult to navigate. Their customer service is difficult to access and completely unwilling to help. Their products are overpriced and only slightly effective. The e-nurse check-ins are annoying and unnecessary. My dermatologist might be an AI. They automatically prescribe the same treatment for everyone regardless of your individual symptoms

Musely has not removed a single spot. I have been using 2 different items (one for face and other for body) for hyperpigmentation. These items are too expensive for it to do nothing. I used the cash rewards to order facial cleanser and going to cancel future subscriptions. I ordered to use 30% off but apparently there was a short window to order. Couldn’t even save with this company. SMH!

The hair product doesn’t work. It makes the problem worst. It’s break it out and irritates the scalp not worth the money.

I ordered my set of Musely when i saw this on Facebook. I'm turning 48 and noticed this melasma growing on my cheeks and top of my nose. I been using it for 6-7 months now. I thought i will get rid of this dark spots or even just lighten up after using my 1st set but i didnt see any result. So i gave it a chance i thought after my 2nd set i will see a result. But its still the same. Im thinking about unsubscribing now. I need help!

There is no calendar anymore so no way to turn off the annoying alarms. Musely needs to figure this out ASAP.
