This app has gotten so bad. You click on shop and then treatments, and you can even click on seal treatments and either way, no treatment show up. Just the drop downs for sorting products. And even if you click those nothing shows up. I literally can't even add anything to my cart. Don't even get me started on how difficult it is to see before and after pictures in the forum. We used to be able to scan through them, or scroll through them, and now you have to click out and go back to each one individually so it's really difficult to see the differences in pictures. I've never been more frustrated using this app

Musely products are wonderful. The app, however (or maybe the process) after receiving products is olacking. One must “check in” regularly with an A.I. “nurse”(?) on a publicly shared forum (?) which could be rather awkward depending on the product you use or the problem you may be experiencing. The “support” is A.I. as well, which ends up being a merry-go-round of non-answers for non-help with a non-human. The products are real, though, as are the reactions from the products. Though the reactions are mild, answers from an actual human would be most helpful.

App needs a serious update. I haven’t been using the product long enough to know if it works, BUT you can forget the 60-day guarantee because the app doesn’t work. If you miss an E nurse check in (ONLY available via app), your 60 day guarantee is void. The app is so finicky that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t work. Very convenient for Musely that the app never works on your E Nurse check-in dates! Features that allow you to earn significant points toward purchases does not work either. Very frustrating to say the least. I’ll come back in two months and review the products.

The Menopause Journey is confusing to say the least. After evaluating few virtual services, I landed on Musely - largely due to the dedicated physician promise of interaction with me, and the treatment options. My Doctor is a named principal of the group and has been incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive. I’m about 60-days into my treatment and am encouraged by my results.

The app is horrible. It doesn’t work the way it supposed to. I can’t access my purchase. Or my account. Can’t check in with eNurse or see my treatment schedule. I’ve tried everything possible. Customer support is useless as well they don’t answer your emails. I’m very disappointed! This has been very frustrating. I purchased the product in the beginning of November and since then I haven’t been able to use the app.

After 9 months for following Drs instructions and treatment we came to consensus that this medication does not help at all. A moneymaker but no improvement or treatment results to the users 😡👎

They will charge your FSA card for your “prescriptions” and the products will work. But when it comes time to provide evidence that the prescription are real to validate the FSA charge, they won’t provide anything or respond to you. My FSA required me to pay back for the medication I could have gotten through a pharmacy and had full my covered had I gone to a doctor. Hundreds of dollars.I was a fool. Don’t use Musely!!!!!!

This is a scam. I am not sure whether the item works or not but they do not give you freedom to return or decline the purchase even if you do not want it. They make it difficult to auto cancel and you keep getting charged. I personally do not support anyone who takes away my freedom. Good luck to others

I think it's very bad that I try to communicate because due to your fault my product was not delivered to my house, since you wrote my address wrong, then return them to you and don't send it to me again and don't give me a refund either, I think your products are quite expensive and people never know the sacrifices they make to buy them, I've already talked to support and they don't answer me.
