Really disappointed! Now yuo can listen only the first song of any album.. itry to install again but no way. I use Arcam CDs 50 an qobuz Realy disappointed

Amazon Music is unsupported with the CDS50 model. I’m very unhappy because the app description of the new version includes “added support for Amazon Music HD”.

After the upgrade at this new release it doesn’t work anymore on my iPod touch 6 ...impossible to open music life....what I can do? I disinstalled and installed 2 times but doesn’t work at all....

Utilizzo da tempo l’app su telefoni. Mai un problema nel controllare il CDS27. Con questa versione installata su IPad non si riesce a far partire i brani. Devo scegliere la playlist e poi entrare in Arcam control per avviare l’ascolto. Decisamente inutile

Non funziona con il mio cds 50 sa di. Vede il router , l’iPhone ma non il lettore cd. Peccato avevo comprato il lettore arcam anche per questa funzionalità

Da circa 48 ore il mio CDS27 non riesce più a leggere i file in streaming da TIDAL, spero sia solo un problema di aggiornamento...

I bought the SACD player and found it also had streaming features; which was initially exciting. I was new to this and had been using a friends Denon setup with HEOS. HEOS is only ok but is still far superior to Music Life. I tried to use the App to read files from a plugged in drive (something that is very useful with HEOS) to save exploring with the small screen but failed. I contacted HK to be told that this is not available. The Drive must be connected to a network for the App to play the files. The App is flakey as connections will suddenly be lost for no particular reason. The App could be (and should be considering the quality kit that HK produce) brilliant but is currently disappointing that might not reflect too good.

This app is beyond a joke. I just spent a LOT of money on an Arcam Radia amp and streamer and this app ruins the experience of two excellent products. The app needs to be scrapped and replaced with a new one that's fit for purpose in both design and function, which this app is certainly not.

Frequent issues and bugs experienced resulting in not being able to listen to music. I won’t be buying another Arcam product.
