System einmal verstanden- super!!!
Man hatte uns vergessen zu sagen, dass wie den 10-stelligen QR Code nur bei der Rezeption bekommen. Aber wenn man den einmal hat, ist es sehr einfach und lohnt sich! Super Idee der Insel Usedom!

Trotz kurzer Probleme mit Telf. Kontakt alles wieder ok.
Registrierung unmöglich
Ich habe versucht mich zu registrieren. Mit 2 Nummern. Jedesmal gibt es einen Fehler und der PIN wird als falsch angezeigt.
Funktioniert prima - Telefonsupport klasse
Eigentlich ist es idiotensicher. Aber wenn man unsicher ist und die Hotline anruft, bekommt man Kompetente Hilfe. Z. B. Wenn das Schloss beim e-bike nicht aufgehen mag. Auch die Ausleihe des klassischen Rads erfolgt problemlos. Das Verleihnetz auf Usedom ist sehr dicht und mit Kombination von Bahn einfach super.

Die Hardware funktioniert leider nicht immer einwandfrei… aber die Hotline ist freundlich und hilfsbereit 🤔😉👍

Super spontane Ausleihe!
Wir haben die Räder spontan am Wasserschloss Mellenthin übernommen, um nach Heringsdorf zurück zu fahren. Es war unkompliziert, die Räder haben gut funktioniert und es hat Spaß gemacht.
