Needs to allow registration with non-German mobile numbers Need to greatly increase prominence and real-time notification of incorrectly “returned” bikes (ie not at an official station); also illustrating the geo-fences in the in-app map would be helpful The only action which doesn’t require an in-app 2-step confirmation is “returning” the bike (by pressing the lock on the bike) which currently can lead to a €50 charge if done outside the return locations. This makes no sense: the greatest fee from the only action that does not require a confirmation in the app. Need to fix this workflow Need to educate tourist officials as to the above and rental terms
