Face recognition does not work. After re-downloading the App, Face Recognition is not even offered as a login option.

The app is unusable. You cannot successfully log a query on the app. This issue has not been addressed in over a year. Mweb is truly a disgrace in every aspect - a brand with zero respect for itself and the customer.

Still glitches when the bell icon is pressed. No query assistance when requested on multiple occasions

Mweb as an internet provider is horrible , on a 30 mbs line you are expecting less than a 5 mbs line. Don’t be fooled when it stats month to month because when you decide to cancel your subscription, the router provided will need to be paid back on full as Mweb refuses to take router back so expect to pay upwards of R4000. The app is average.

I’m very disappointed in this app, my WiFi hasn’t been working & I’m trying to use the app to diagnose what could be the problem but it keeps shutting down when i open it.

Mweb consultant have no clue what they are doing. If you don’t call at 8am you will hold on forever!!!! They promise to call back and they never do. No update whatsoever… pathetic.

When you log a query it says logged yet it does not show in your open queries. Been like that for more than 8 months by the looks of other reviews and the last App update was also 8 months ago, so bugs are not being fixed.

Don’t bother using this app to submit support queries. It does not work. I’ve submitted multiple queries with no response and the queries never get added to the query log.

Still bugged!

I’ve logged a query and it says ‘successful’ however when I re-open the app my ticket has not been loaded and no queries have been logged.
