Mweb

This app has potential but it’s glitchy. I’m trying to change from monthly “cash” payments to debit order. I enter all details and then press the “pay” button or whatever and it does nothing… tried multiple times. I can’t get any luck either on a web browser.

This app is terrible, you cannot get any billing information, even billing on the website does not work. What is the point of having online tools that do not work and cannot provide the information you require. Billing is supposed to be available on the 10th of the month, however not there. No customer focus and a total waste of time.

Yes can see alittle bit Logging a query on app does not log it Testing internet from app useless as its triple verification is to much and cant get answer i need . Total useless app

The app is useless if usage details do not update.

So hate the app. Trying to see your usage was so easy on the website but on the app you have no clue what you have used and what is available …….. so confusing. Obviously whoever designed the usage indicators, never uses them.

Face recognition does not work. After re-downloading the App, Face Recognition is not even offered as a login option.

The app is unusable. You cannot successfully log a query on the app. This issue has not been addressed in over a year. Mweb is truly a disgrace in every aspect - a brand with zero respect for itself and the customer.

Still glitches when the bell icon is pressed. No query assistance when requested on multiple occasions

Mweb as an internet provider is horrible , on a 30 mbs line you are expecting less than a 5 mbs line. Don’t be fooled when it stats month to month because when you decide to cancel your subscription, the router provided will need to be paid back on full as Mweb refuses to take router back so expect to pay upwards of R4000. The app is average.
