My Airtel Africa

I tried to reach out Airtel in different way since am in diaspora and would not be physical for NIN update. I use post paid and each time, I click on NIN button on the app and it keep saying updated updated . I tried reaching and there was no response from their mail and I can’t even call because the line is saying not registered on network. This is bad

Before it’s was but is it that people abroad can access their Sim it says data not available. You can only use this app inside the country why 🤷🏽‍♂️

Airtel the worstphone network Don’t bother buying this sim coz you will regret I promise you

Ceci n’est pas une comparaison mais un fait … Je viens du Canada donc matière toutes transaction interactives sur son propre compte cellulaire(forfait) est très simplifié. Mais avec Airtel Congo c est plus que la poubelle . Grosse misère pour recharger mon propre compte à partir de l application avec la carte crédit puis une fois tu vas chez le marchand eux mêmes zéro ils maîtrisent pas ce qu’ils vendent etc . Mal de tête

Pour entrer dans l’application il faut seulement avoir des forfaits obligatoirement dans le SIM💔

Is there any specific reason why Airtel limits someone to send airtime to another person?i mean Me2u 🙄it clearly says 110rwf is the limit 🙄please fix it .
