If not sufficient data bundle or abroad, the app doesn’t work which is really not practical. Would be wonderful, that could be changed!

I wonder why i should be limited to send money to only 3 countries within East Africa, how about other countries where there is airtel?

Many problems while recharging Airtime with credit card. Purchase has been confirmed (from banking app and Airtel app), but didn’t appear in balances.

The amount for airtime recharge gets deducted from the credit card but is not translated into airtime and doesn’t appear in the account. Plus no customer service to help out. Super disappointed!

This App is practical and has a lot of information at your fingertip. One thing is missing for me - to see an overview of remaining minutes on my current minute bundle. The balance inquiry shows only the messages and the Mbs left but not the minutes. Why that? It would be great if you can adjust this. Andy

Airtel network is absolute rubbish and a waste of money.customer care service zero Zero efficiency!!

They have a lot of discounts on their service

I don’t usually do this but then am forced to because this is the 3rd time I subscribed for data bundle on the app without getting any data. Am very angry this time. Is annoying how you paid for a service and you didn’t get it. Please do something about that.
