AMP bugs
Poorly tested with obvious deficiencies. Example: one term deposit cannot manage generates an error. Cannot load correspondence data generates an error. Submit a general enquiry and term deposit does not appear in a list. Version 7.25.1 Poor user experience. Poor IT service delivery.
The app is all but useless
If you need to make payments you should avoid this app and try to use the web or transfer funds to something more reliable. It’s so buggy that it will let you down when you need it most. If it wasn’t for the interest rate I’d ditch them.
Nuisance
Stopped working. Entering new PIN allows three digits only, when touching the fourth number jumps to the next screen confirm PIN. Same thing again, jumps to next screen and freezes unable to enter user name and password. Called AMP tech help, deleted snd reloaded app twice after power off/ on phone as suggested, no change. Thank god online banking on the computer works, would be in the dark otherwise. Deleted app from phone, useless.
Amp app is improving
App is getting better, however I’d like to see a live balance widget.

Doesn’t work at all. Leaving AMP.
System error
Seems to be an issue signing in again. Happens frequently unfortunately. Only this time it will cost me interest as needed to cover a loan payment.
Hmmm, starting to see why it is down the most often out of the 5 bank apps I use.

It is a good app but needs some work to become a great app
Waste of time
May as well go and bang my head on a brick wall. The app just sends you round and round in circles and then when you get access to an ‘expert’ they’re not able to help anyway.
Hard to believe such a large organisation is even surviving with this much incompetency.
Horrible app/useless customer service
The App is not user friendly and the customer service even worse. The man on the phone could hardly speak English, he could not understand what I was asking, he just kept repeating the generic script he has been given. I asked multiple times to transfer me to someone who understood what i was asking even though it was so basic I was on the phone for 30 mins. Will be moving all my money out of ANZ
App error can’t contact AMP
Live Chat and General Enquiries do not work via “contact us” in the app Both just come back with an error with the Salesforce logo. Useless!
