App doesn’t work

This is the worst app ever written. Why even bother if it’s not gonna work and the bug fixes are a joke. It’s not working. Can’t log in, can’t edit, can’t control and it’s always down for one reason or another. Such a shame.

Needs a lot of work. The app doesn’t connect with the vehicle 80% of the time.

The whole process is horrible and the app won’t connect to the car. How hard can this be for them.

It won’t let me log in…. Reset password, delete the app, try again on the whole cycle…. Considering the price tag of the car, maybe have less glitches? Oh well…. Delete again…

App not staying on my home page. I log in, etc. But then when I want to use again I have to start over No app on phone again!! I agree BMW app is so user friendly and worked great!

Horrible app that barely works on a car that’s over a quarter of a million!! Why bother

It’s a shame that I paid so much money to buy a car like this and the app is so messed up that I can’t even open it on my phone. Most cars that are sold under 60k have a functioning app. I will not buy another Bentley. To much money to less luxury
