My Bentley

Used to be half useful now useless! Keeps demanding new vehicle details despite satisfying criteria. Why it can remember from previous version who knows. Screen also to long (iPhone 13pro) so continue off the page!! Also imports post code but needs editing as space omitted on import.. I could go on but clearly not tested. Come on Bentley you can do better

The app is pathetic the company is destroying the brand by having second rate tech

Other manufacturers have much better apps. It’s quite limited. Can’t even remotely turn on the air con/heating. This is pretty bog standard these days, expected more from a very premium brand.

Overall a very poor app in comparison with other same categories brands. Just did the last update 3-2023 app doesn’t work anymore screen stays black.

Never been able to login as it doesn’t recognise me nor reset. No remote start. Rubbish

Having changed from Land Rover to Bentley I have to say that I am disappointed at how limited it is. Previous apps I have used allow you turn the vehicle on locked heat/ air on the car and record journeys. I think Bentley need to up their game - these items should be as standard.

Spend nearly 3k on this so I can hear the car in the morning. It never works! Spend 20 minutes I’ll never get back in the morning hoping it works and doesn’t! Waste of time and money from the so called best! Disgrace! GET IT FIXED!!!!!!????

If I understand correctly whilst the Bentley App is a step in the right direction Porsche App allows u to turn on the AC and or heat on via the app if correct that is clever use of same as well as extremely useful gizmo are good but need to be practical. Now going to set my GT up to see if the add second car works .
