The chihiros lights are so good but to control the light the app is worst. After paying so much for the light if the automation is not working what’s the use of buying such costly lights. This is the worst app. Because of the app I have decided to sell the light and look for other options.
Only Red Light works after usage of 1 year. No support from dealer or manufacturer. They want you to buy again. Not recommended.
Automation option is not working, most frequently. Always Mobile need to be closer, to ON light through Automation Schedule time. Pathetic App….On Manual option no ramping option or sunrise or sunset options. Please improve the App, for costing more money.
After the IOS update the App is not able to turn on the location service the pop up for which appears for a sec and disappears Consequently the app is not able to connect and discover the light
Such a fantastic wrgb light which is of great build quality and performance, which completely downgraded by a pathetic app. Issue 1: The bluetooth connectivity is not great as the automation set in is not working everytime. I have to manually connect the device so that automation will work. Issue 2: When power outage happens, the entire app messes up which will not have a programming to ensure the automation working fine. It is least expected to have a good app for the price what they offer in the current tech world which make the device processing seamless, however a shear disappointment!
Light won’t turn on to its schedule after power outage. This is a serious issue as we have to open the app and turn on the light manually. Imagine going on a vacation, tank will be without light the entire time.
Please fix the intensity and K slider. When i am increasing the intensity and K slider it will not affect the light. Light is not working in these two functions.
Light is Super but app needs to improve
Meiner Meinung nach ist die App ansich ganz gut aufgebaut und man versteht was man macht. Die Verbindung zu den Geräten von Chihitos funktionierte ohne Probleme
Die App ist bei mir absolut nicht brauchbar unter iOS 18. bitte unbedingt Updaten !! Danke
