You can't add the debit card to your apple wallet. I have been trying all day long with no luck.

Glitches everywhere!!!!

This app is worthless in every single way. You can't get your pin to use the card anywhere. You can't transfer the funds to your bank... can't change the password. Basically can just see the balance of money you'll never be able to use.

Just have to figure out how to add your bank. Difficult because no one shows you how to work the site. I played with each icon to see how to transfer $ from my card to my bank. 2-3 days to deposit. And to figure out where to sign out at.

I recently had issues with the functionality of the app and also in the past…I have uninstalled the app and am now going to reinstall it hoping that it remedies the issue since it hasn't been letting me sign-in manually or with Face ID in order to check my balance as well as do anything else…Even after my first sign-in attempt I keep getting a message stating that my account has or will be locked for 10 mins which will continuously keeps me from being able to sign-in…Please fix your App ClinCard, I see that you have a ton of 1 star reviews & complaints as well as apparently haven't done anything to fix many of the bugs in the App.

Absolutely terrible. App is full of bugs, linked a bank and couldn’t see it in the list, meaning any funds are locked in this silly account. I’m not looking forward to my required support call.

This app doesn’t appear to work with ClinCards that use MasterCard. It doesn’t recognize my ClinCard number as valid.

Unable to use cash app with this card. Unable to link a bank to this card. I don’t understand how a company is this far behind in 2024, nearing 2025.

The app freezes every time I input my verification code to add the card to my mobile wallet. I tried calling the support line(linked with app support button) but they said they have no other options to the app malfunctioning to just keep trying. After several tries the past 24 hours the app is still not successfully adding the card to my mobile wallet. I tried to add a bank account but am currently waiting on that account to be verified. It is pretty lame that I have funds available but no way whatsoever to access them and therefore gave the low rating. Hopefully this get fixed and I would up my rating accordingly

Does not work. The app crashes when trying to transfer balance to a bank account and crashes when trying to connect to Apple Pay. Never get into a clinical trial tat uses ClinCard as payment.
