I connected my cloud for the very first time today and tried to backup my phones camera roll. Well it seems like the app and the syncing don’t work in the background for me. There’s a lot of photos and whenever I have to use my phone and go to a different app or the phone just turns the screen off after some time, I go back to My Cloud app and it refreshes and has to connect the device again. Is this how it’s supposed to be? Am I supposed to leave my phone with the app open for 2 days and not use it at all? It’s not possible. I have 50.000 photos, it’s been 6 hours and only 3.000 are synced. It will take me 2 weeks to do that, it’s ridiculous.

The application does not work with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The disk works the most, but the application is a failure. It took 3 days to sync 4300 photos with the iPhone. I have a fast router and network. However, the problem is with the application that must be running all the time. When the display dims, the synchronization is suspended, it is absurd to sit and watch as you copy photo after photo...Should be considered the worst apps in the AppStore. It freezes all the time. This is insane ... !!!

Generally there are no use cases that I could use this. Inet is requirement, no samba, rsync, backups, ssh, dlna. Totally no way to access or control my data. It's better to pay monthly for something like dropbox. At least they handle hardware failures, electricity bill.
