Dropped the ball
Unfortunately this is not as users friendly as previous iterations of the app. I used to be able to add and manage multiple drives on the app but now it does not offer me the ability. Further more since purchasing a new larger (4TB) my cloud I’ve not been able to access it through my Mac network settings. I added a drive to the drive and selected the data transfer (which it did as I can see through my phone) but I can not see / view the files via my Mac book and it keeps saying I’m on relay network. What a total waste of money. Where once I swore by WD, I think now times may have changed. Your Customer service options are not much to desire either. Very disappointing.
