Not working
Almost one week ago not working at all
Unreliable
He often gives false information, e.g. about the lights. The area notifications arrived on my phone for two days, since then I can only see them in the application, so it's practically useless. Of course, deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting the phone has been done multiple times. Please return the previous app, it was much more reliable! (Cupra Connection)
Nonusable
Tecnical waste ! Nonusable …Cupra CONNECT was better
Bring back the capabilities of cupra connect app
I really miss the cupra connects’ overview of the vehicle tab with a clear statement if the car is locked, doors, lights etc. As I am sometimes do some actions so automatically I really miss the chance to double check if I did everything properly. Also I went through the settings in the new app and I can see that the data sharing related to this feature is active but I could not find any possibility to turn them on or include them in any views. If its possible to see these things pleass advise me how to find them otherwise please consider to put them back - they were useful.
Shame to Cupra…
The application is very slow. Often logs me out without any reason. While rear window heating is visible in the application, it never works. Returns with an error. Not possible to heat the front seats, or open/close doors.
Alte App hat viel besser funktioniert
Ich habe seit ein paar Wochen die neue App im Einsatz. Die alte hat viel besser funktioniert. Fahrdaten z.B. werden in der neuen App nur sehr gelegentlich und erst nach langen Zugriffszeiten angezeigt. Insgesamt ist die neue App für mich eine große Enttäuschung. Leider funktioniert die alte nicht mehr.
Idee gut, Umsetzung…
An sich ist die App gut strukturiert und das Design passt super. Da sie aber regelmäßig abstürzt, keine Verbindung zum Auto herstellen kann und Aktualisierungen ewig brauchen, ist sie nicht nutzbar. Ein Beispiel: Alle paar Tage soll ich mich neu anmelden. Nachdem ich die App komplett schließe und ein paar Stunden warte, bin ich dann wieder normal angemeldet ohne was getan zu haben.
Simple failure
The app can do 1 thing with the car, to turn on air conditioning. Even that is a hustle as connectivity often bad, drops or takes very long even when car is connected to the same network with an access point directly next to it. Not to mention I have to tap all the time the “don’t show this message again” like I see the air condition screen always for the first time. Even the tooltip is always visible on the button. I’m confused how an app that does 1 thing can be so bad …
Viel Potential
Leider stürzt die App viel zu oft ab und verlangt neu einloggen trotz Face ID , Klimatisierung muss man jedes Mal bestätigen trotz Haken bei nicht mehr fragen ??? Komm schon Seat so Kleinigkeiten könnt ihr doch besser.
