Per trip purchase of 6 Months prior to travel sud b extended

Hi I won’t be able to update my personal information from the app neither by Singpass myinfo (nothing happen) or trying up do it manually key in ( can’t upload a JPG doc as instructed. Bug? Or what?

Timeout when making payment for 6 times,does not cache previous record.seriously, try using it end to end.

Not sure how this app could have passed the simplest quality control. Wasted 30 minutes trying to buy travel insurance, but ended up not able to buy since Income refuses to send the OTP for authentication. There are interns who can do a better job than this, obviously Income didn’t hire those.

Convenient to purchase. Fast and simple.

Tried registering but kept saying I provided wrong info! Can’t even buy any policies through the app 😮‍💨

Registration page is completely blank. No idea what's going on..

Can’t get OTP, can’t buy travel insurance, tried 3 times and i still haven’t gotten the travel insurance. Stupid stupid app. Forget abt downloading this, just buy via your browser. Don’t waste your time.

App is faster now and easier to use. It has user-friendly UI. Keep up the good work!

App is convenient and easy to navigate for checking of policies and payment due date. Although there are lots of improvements and bug fixes to be made. (example: on the main menu, i am seeing 1 open claim even though it has already been closed since last year.)
