Getting unexpected error message when i use singpass or password login

After viewing pdf letter, cannot return to home page on iPhone 15. Have to exit the app.

Cannot pay car insurance

i had the app for some time , but recently when i tried to purchase travel insurance , it required me to input my personal info again. so i logged out and relog in , and i was then able to get the insurance without filling out the personal info. however when i tried to buy another , issue happened again

Tried to check on travel insurance and the app doesn’t allow me to shift dates to October i.e it froze at current dates in August.

I did several transactions on the app. There was no email confirmation, receipts, etc. When I try to check transaction history, it didn’t show anything. Luke

App doesnt work smoothly especially when l want to review my letters/ documents urgently. I keep being redirected to the singpass login app, even though l have already allowed access via singpass. Literally the worst service app
