My Meralco

This new app has missing vital feature. No separation of PAID and UNPAID BILLS just like the old app. All new, unpaid, paid and previous bills all in one column.

It keeps on requiring you to login but not lets you access the app for bill checking. Can’t even pay via online or n this new app without any issues.

Whoever had the idea that you need to provide a bunch of docs plus a request letter just to update my mobile number is VERY STUPID!!!! Very hassle. It should be easy to update just by sending an OTP to the old number but no! You choose the most inconvenient way of doing things! Very stupid!

This app is cumbersome to setup and asks a lot of info

Hindi naman makapag create or maka log in sa bagong Meralco app, lahat naman ng details na nilagay ko ay tama lahat pero and eror message didn’t match.

I logged in once. Now I can’t log in. Good grief. The old app seemed better .

Apple SSO was working before this latest update. Now it couldn’t even log in.

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE OLD WORKING APP. YOU ALL ARE SO STUPID.
