1. A lot of error message 2. Registration expires immediately. 3. Should indicate email address for username 4. Should remove the convenience fee (is it not enough that we are paying System loss ( for those who stole service from you or no meters)

No OTP. Please ensure your app is working before releasing it!!!

Hard app. Frustrating! The info required are not user friendly. Especially the password and also new email is needed. The info on the old app was lost when installed. How can i update other meralco bills? The old app is way way better.

App UI is better than the old one. App is good for info, updates, and reports. However, it's ironic na may fee parin kahit through app magbayad. So I just pay with my bank parin.

Too many checklist to follow when creating a password. Lahat ng i input mo, laging may kulang para mag proceed. Nakaka-irita!

Wondeful App…No issue in downloading details from the old to new app. Flow is seemless.

Login using existing credentials. It proceed with authentication page, but no OTP is coming in. Requested multiple times, still nothing.

Please fix your system. I haven’t received any OTP from my number. Or are we gonna use this by next year (2025)? Since you message us to update our details in the current meralco app.
