Worst assistance ever !
Just had a call with their service to ask them to stop taking my money when my plan ran out. You robbers STOP TAKING MY MONEY WITH YOUR CASUALS DATA/TEXTS OR CALLS !! Easy to do right ?
And the lady just HANG UP while I was speaking !!!

Shockingly bad app
This is a terrible app. Even the humans on the chat behave lime bots.
Not user-friendly.
By far one of the worst mobile company apps I have ever used. Every time I login to the app, it quickly signs me out for security reasons (so I can never use it properly). I also notice that half the information on the app about my account is incorrect. Seriously contemplating going back to Spark.
A terrible app for pre-pay users - on purpose!
Constantly crashing. Will log you off randomly when using it. Won’t log you in when you are desperate to sort out credit or data. All likely by design - they want prepay users to move to a monthly unlimited contract - who don’t need regular access to the app. Don’t even get me started on the low data reminder txts that arrive 10min after your data has expired and they’ll steal the remainder of your prepay money at 50c/mb.

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work, the moment I added internet to my billing service I can no longer use any of the proposed functionality. The app acts as though there aren’t any services added, but when I go to add them it tells me they’re already there. AI chatbot is useless as well.
Not a NZ company!
After all the hype about allegedly splitting from Vodafone and becoming a supposedly New Zealand company, “One” has taken on everything that was bad about the parent company and lost any benefits. Any problems and the help desk sends you offshore to a country where English is not the main language. They refuse to deal with issues by email, then put you on the line to someone who is unintelligible. They seem reluctant to actually try to fix the issue, instead sending you round and round in frustrating circles. In the latest case, they had a computer error but put the onus on me to fix it - and I can only do that (apparently) via this clunky, data-mining “app”.
I remember when Vodafone was a respected, responsible company with a great reputation. But that’s only because I’m getting old. If you’re reading this, you’ve probably been forced into getting this extra burden on your phone too. I recommend you do what I’m doing, use it to sort your problem, then delete it.
Infuriating app
Whenever I need to top up the app sits in refresh mode with the circle spinning endlessly. Nothing wrong with my internet, the chatbot is working but not the top-up/homepage or any links to the top-up page. I have the latest version of the app, tried re-downloading it following the advice of the chatbot. Still just sitting in refresh mode. So frustrating and time consuming!
