It’s all in the title, this drives me crazy. I just want to add credit and it doesn’t work! Really rubbish from a major provider

Fix payment with debit cards issue please, why does it decline payments from debit cards?? What did you guys really do in the update? Would be so nice if that service could come back. Payment is smooth when you can pay on the go, from anywhere in the world, but now it seems useless.

I’m trying to pay my bills when am travelling and the app never works outside the country

This app is the absolute worse. It never works. Especially after every single update. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t fix anything. It still crashes every single time. You just get the orange logo n remain frozen there. I donno what updates are actually for since before and after the updates the app still crashes every time. Not to mention how you cannot pay your bill using Visa cards unless they’re issues in egypt. So if you are abroad you cannot pay ur bills. I reported this problem in 2018 and was told they’re working on it. For 6 years and still cannot fix it. What a joke. You’d think for all the profit they make they’d spend a little on making their services usable. But you’d be wrong. They don’t care about the customers since they know that all the other network providers in egypt are just as bad. So no need for competition or bettering their services. If you’re not happy that doesn’t matter. Nobody in egypt is happy with any kind of service anyways.

If you can't build a proper app, kindly find a different job that suits you better.

Changing their policy. No call available to customers service. Voice mail advising to send a whatsapp message on a specific number. I sent a whatsapp message and got automatic reply. Stay tuned. The service will be available as soon as possible. How to access a service that requires calling customer service if I can’t call or text?!!!

App used to allow recharging using foreign cards. Now they changed the payment service and it doesn’t work any more! Even with egyptian cards it depends on the day. Basically now useless for me

does not work at all.. can not even login!!

Keeps saying update app, and closes with latest iPhone. Very slow. If you update data it takes so long to confirm. All in all slow.
