Worst app ever so slow, too many bundle confusion

Keeps saying update app, and closes with latest iPhone. Very slow. If you update data it takes so long to confirm. All in all slow.

Update more like a downdate

It was working ok on iPhone now it keeps saying update, update, update come on guys, this is super bad, you’re supposed to be a tech company, how hard is it to make an app work? I could do this blind folded, you’re letting the team down here, Egyptians are smart, this app isn’t, version 6.9.1 no good, version 6.9.3 still no good, very annoyed

I tried to put a package on and it deleted my old one now it won’t let me in to it it says press ok to load the new screen 😡 now I can’t put a new package

So bad I can’t use it . I’m abroad and unable to log in. Never worked for me. The developers don’t know how to fix it.

Useless app doesn’t open

Useless app now doesn’t open so cannot top up so phone is obsolete and left me with no way of getting home and had to hunt for free wifi to get an Uber. Absolute joke

Shame on Orange

By far the worst App I’ve seen. Orange is a big organisation and can afford to improve their app. It’s a reflection of orange failure.

AVOID ORANGE AT ALL COSTS

If I got rate this 0 I would, not just the app, the whole awful company itself

This App is dreadful..I'm having to delete and re download it on monthly basis..It never opens properly and never allows me to see my profile and data usage..terrible

Update almost everyday

Stop updating the app literally everyday
