My Passport Wireless

Switched phone. Used back same app, and no longer able to access the app. Just keep going to the setting page and not able to connect. Regreted spending so much on this drive

Understood my book live is no longer supported by My Cloud OS 3 apps, and my iphone was prompted to change from my cloud Os 3 to this my passport wireless, which work as expected as i never expose my device to the internet. The issue is, when i install this apps to a new ipad, it cannot detect my book live on home metwork, and there is no option to add the device manually. Can WD allow user to add my book live device into this apps manually for user to access files on home network only? Thanks

Product is conceptually sound and interesting. Completely no updates to the software/app which has been unstable for an extremely long time! The brand is great and the hardware is more than acceptable. Not too user friendly I would say. Must be very good with IT to set this up without any hitch. Not for non-tech savvy individuals.

After upgrade to my cloud os 5, this app can’t find hdd on network

Recently I have tried to look at the photos but when I go in it only repeats the same message ‘ device not connected’ despite me being connected to the internet. The only way I can view my photos are from the ‘activity’ page. please fix this

Please improve the UI it is really bad

Looks like this app have been neglected/overlooked by the developers. Created a New app for their newer NAS rather than integrating into this app. This app still have bugs and connectivity issues, haven't been address as the products are all disconnected.

Not user friendly AT ALL!!! Setting up the device is a chore! Regret buying this product!!! Do NOT buy this product!! This product really SPOIL and TARNISH WESTERN DIGITAL name
