My Premise Health is a secure mobile app that puts your health information in your hands. Real-time appointment scheduling, view lab results, check vitals, message your provider, manage medications, conduct video visits, complete forms and connect with Apple HealthKit to share your steps, glucose, Blood pressure, and other values with your provider.
With My Premise Health you can:
View your health record
Book and manage appointments
Message your providers and care team
View lab and test results
View current medications and refill prescriptions
Conduct virtual visits
Complete forms and eCheck-In
View billing history, statements and make payment online
View your immunization history and health reminders
Manage your dependent’s health information

Fantastic App
Love Premise Health and Dr. Wu! So thorough and warm. I felt so heard and supported by my medical care team.
Another junky health app
App has issues contacting their server and tech support tells me to uninstall and reinstall the app. After further attempts I’m told to just contact their server provider directly, i.e. the app is useless.

Poorly designed, difficult to navigate, hard to find key info
Difficult to find and accomplish major tasks like find test reports, compare vital trends, log in home test results on blood pressure, heart rate etc.
Premise
The affiliation I have with Premise Health is one of a kind! Being introduced through my employer has been very conveniently and subtle! The appointments are very one on one! Jessica is very professional, knowing and also skilled in her field! Doctor Fink is also the incentive to their field of work. Wouldn’t trade them for the world!

What ever happen to being able to talk to a person.apps are the worse thing ever
I’m sure the app is better for the business but it’s a security risk and confusing to use
I absolutely hate when healthcare providers make me use an app. Too confusing. Likely to be hacked. And unable to get medical information because I can’t log in.
Confusing user interface
This app is so confusing to navigate. It has too many options and is least intuitive. Please make it simpler.
