Great App. Easy to talk to my doctors, track payments and appointments. Very easy to ask for refills!

Not user friendly. Can never find what you need.

So easy to schedule appointments and review your results.

Just a huge step down from one medical. Extremely upset that my employer switched providers

Truly an excellent application, you can make appointments, you can see the results through it, also virtual appointments if you want with the doctor directly by camera, and much much more, in short excellent

I have made two appointments back to back and verified by Premise just to get there and the office is closed. Have received several reminders about the appointment and had to confirm my arrival!!!!!

I Everything I try fails. I’m a baby boomer and can’t stand all this technology. I want to talk to someone.

Please add in a tab with upcoming appointments. It’s confusing not having a way to view future appointments.

I want my my old TCPT clinic back , I can’t believe that they stooped this low to change everything and for the worst….Can hardly get an appointment, only 1 doctor per clinic, sometimes, none…. Horrible front counter service, they need to be fired, that’s what happens if the trades people can’t do their job so why do we keep these office people that can’t do their job…. And why do we only have one Tara, if she’s so good why haven’t we’ve gotten more like her, get rid of the Chiro with the clacker, he’s a joke… where’s the walk in appoints with the Chiro, usually they’re sitting at their desk waiting 45mins for their next appointment , give me a break an hour appoint for Garth…..😂🤣 Tara ok I get it, but not Garth…

Just as soon as I start to get good care, my provider leaves. I think I will go find a more convenient clinic.
