The app is not friendly used

So inconsistent that even the mcdonald free wifi is better

I recently switched to Simba, hoping for a reliable service, but I have to say, I'm thoroughly disappointed. The network coverage is abysmal, especially in expressway tunnels where I expect to stay connected. It's frustrating to lose signal completely while driving through tunnels, especially when I rely on my phone for navigation and communication. In contrast, the other telcos have no such issues. They seamlessly maintain their connections, even in the most challenging spots. It’s disappointing and a let down that in this day and age, Simba can't provide basic service in areas where it’s most needed. I would not recommend Simba, especially those who frequently drive through tunnels or rely on consistent connectivity. Save yourself the frustration and go with a telco that actually delivers on their promises!

Just bought e-sim 200GB package that stated 7GB Data roaming . When read contract stated only 2GB instead . Given QR code to activate it is faulty . Repeat send e-mail to support team no reply and flying off oversea next day can’t use it . So frustrating 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Frequently logging me out and forcing an app update. Inconvenient for users!

Lousy network.. some area still no network.!

Worst telco ever. Cheap but connection was bad everywhere. Customer service sucked. Why do i need to download another app (simba voice) to call people..???

SIMBA has too much hidden costs Change of plan; switching SIM from physical to eSIM vice versa or eSIM when you change mobile phone So please include all these in considerations

Thought my circle life net work is bad but this simba network is even out of planet slow ..

When trying to play games the internet lags and the frames per second are really low.
