So many times want to do Hi Share but keep on popping out error message. Happened quite sometime already. What’s happening actually??

Slow response for the reward code
Missing 40GB local Data
When I top up my prepaid card hi offer 85GB 4-week plan I only got 40GB. Not sure what other 45GB gone where. Was tried to contact Singtel customer care multiple times. Not able to contact so. It’s not happening first time. Not sure how do I get refund. Very bad experience. And the data speed getting very slow.

Please update your network around tampines mrt , playing game alway lost connection around tampinest mrt and make me lost the game
