Mise à jour avec des nouvelles fonctions très intéressantes et que j’espérais avec une utilisation encore plus fluide. Top !

Fonctionne. Possibilité de créer ses propres profils. Une etoile en moins car : - pas de widgets - pas d’appli AppleWatch - 3 bandes de réglages seulement ? Il y en avait 4 dans Thrive.

L’app est ultra simple… trop simple. On ne peut pas gérer finement le son et impossible de paramétrer les réductions de bruits… ça bouge à l’écran mais ça n’a aucun impact sur les aides auditives. Une app qui ne sert pas à grand chose…

Have had to delete and reinstall this app for my husband about every three days…he had been using Thrive with his old hearing aids with no issues but was time to upgrade. Not we are not sure that was a good move

I’m new to hearing aids. I’ve been exploring and using this app now for a couple of weeks and witness much of what others are reporting. Bluetooth connectivity, app crashed once and save settings don’t hold even after using choosing custom program. Why do I have to keep resetting EQ after setting up a custom program? I gave you this rating because I expected more from it. 7/13/2024 It’s telling me to update app because my hearing aids are no longer compatible with app. So I choose update and it open App store to my Starkey app but nothing happens! Fix the app! 7/16/2024 I did a hard reset of phone and app has been working IOS 17.5.1 prior to last report the app crashes from time to time due to unexpected error.

From day one they have brought nothing but joy to my hearing, not to mention what they are doing for my tinnitus. I have recommended them to all my retired military friends. Great product!

Had hearing aids for about a year now. App seems to be getting worse. Now, almost daily when I put in hearing aids when I wake up on the morning, I have to delete app on phone and re install as app fails to find hearing aids or only finds one. This takes about three- minutes with fiber optic, but if using cellular data, can be up to 19-13 minutes. Irritating for sure. And when paired with phone for taking calls, I hear caller perfectly but caller can not hear me and I have to change phone setting to speaker phone so I can be heard

Told by Starkey technician that my husbands ipad is causing problems and he should turn off his Bluetooth or I should stand at lease 30 feet away from his ipad. App keeps shutting down and has stalled out 2 times making me to delete app and install again. The app has slow response time.

This app is better than I expected. Sometimes I turn the volume down to zero and then later when I want to increase the volume, the slider is stuck and won’t move. Then I restart the app and it works as expected.
