My Telstra

The app can’t find my address. When I try to add a nearby address the app crashes and logs you out. Its not possible to have a worse experience than dealing with Telstra thru this app.

We still have about 10k points and had till 30th of June to use them. Well we still have 10 days left and we can’t access any movies or programs. What a wrought!!! Greedy company . I will not pay for Fetch. Telstra is a rubbish corporation.

I love this app and service with Telstra. The service costs more but is worth it for sure.

Phone did not recognise number 1 when prompted

I have spent more than 6 hours trying to get this app to work on my new iPhone and no luck, went to 3 yes 3 Telstra stores for help and again NO luck l / we just don’t know what to do 😖 very frustrating.

Sadly I have an iPhone 6 maximum iOS 12.5.7 - so can no longer access online or website with the new Telstra App. I have been a customer with Telstra for a very long time & I don’t have the money to update my phone. 😩 Still haven’t been able to afford a new iPhone, my rent takes over 50% of my Age Pension & I’m struggling like a lot of people with the basic necessities in life. Unless my circumstances change I can’t do anything at this time. Kindest Regards 🌻

So hard to find things like my current bill and previous bills. Not intuitive at all.

Where can I find a copy of my bill? Can’t seem to find it.
