Doesn't allow me to cut and paste my phone number thereby making it so cumbersome to log in everytime to pay bils. It also defaults to Arabic making it difficult to follow instructions. Look at Ooredoos app for how your app should be…
Despite switching to Vodafone two months ago, I’ve encountered significant issues with both their mobile app and network connectivity, making it hard to recommend their services in Qatar or for roaming purposes.
The worst network ever seen
Very bad application. You cannot raise any ticket. If raised, it will disappear without generating any ticket number. Very poor customer service. I don’t recommend this service.

No service unable to solve issues and filling pockets with both hands and charging unnecessarly
There were lapses here and there, but thanks to Vodafone’s support staff, they have done a tremendous job by keeping in touch with me constantly and helping me resolve the issue. Kudos to Vodafone Qatar.
Most of the time the you can not connect ro your account. Either with network or OTP. Which make it difficult to charge your line.
