Unable to pay bills via app
The app is worthless. Unable to use the app to pay bills. The automated ‘help’ is absolutely no help at all. The app hangs and does nothing, so you are forced to close the app and start again. There are no contact details to call and speak to a real person for real support. I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times as suggested by the automated ’help’, but no improvement. A very disappointing customer experience. Despite having been a customer since 2018, I think it’s time to try an alternative supplier. Since I am unable to pay my bill via the app, I expect that sooner or later my access and account will be frozen, so I will have no alternative but to go elsewhere.
