Save yourself time effort and stress - use another telco provider

On what planet does somebody sign-off 15-25 seconds as an acceptable loading time between tapping Tobi and being able to write your message to it. (Even on fast WiFi) No wonder their network is slower than EE, management don’t have high standards for speed

Logging in is a pain

My partners been using my bank card and I told him he can use a £10 top up but just looked on his phone and he used £15 , I cannot afford to pay £15 monthly so can you stop this account please, thanks, yours Gillian Murray.

I have been trying to long I to my account forgot my password . All passwords send by email fail. And in the mean time my pricing plan went up without my knowledge. Not happy with Vodafone. If this does not get sorted I will be leaving to gain better benefits with EE. Who are supporting NHS worker

You can never login always says oooppps something wrong, try to change password as forgot my original one they sent me a new password but still doesn’t work. Worst app ever for logging into

Chat box crashes every time …so have to start again . If it’s a policy to stop me cancelling , it is doing the opposite
