Completely useless app which is simply focused on selling unnecessary products, while providing little if any helpful information regarding current data balances. If ever there was an advertisement for not using Vodafone e, the app is it.
I have an unlimited talk, text and data plan and an international calling plan. Your company has the technology to throw an electronic flag for the amount of the above that I use but no flag to say that you WiFi is off and your about to send a text internationally. So now, my bill for next month is high than normal because that is what happened. How about helping your customers with useful flagging?
Doesn't support VOXI by Vodafone. Just as irrelevant as their network itself, what with their recent revocation of free underground WiFi, which literally everyone else is providing.
Terrible
I was traveling in London and I wish that I had known to go to Vodafone before purchasing a travel plan through my cell phone carrier. I got a plan for 20 pounds and it more than that my needs for the entire rest of my visit. Also, I went into a few Vodafone stores and everyone who worked in the store was extremely helpful. I will absolutely use the service when I travel again.
Here is my experience: Assume I'm very strong on tech. I got stung by high data and call costs, so Vodafone said I should monitor my usage. So i downloaded the app. Used it, and could not find the right info to monitor certain aspects of account. I got stung again on a different account usage, call vodafone, they tell me that I should NOT rely on the app. 5 different call centre guides cant even understand their own app or explain it. In the end Vodafone admitted the app is not "to be relied upon" and that it is my responsiblity to check my usage in MULTIPLE PLACES and that they cannot take responsibility for the app information not reflecting reality. So in the end.... Useless.. This company continues to treat its customers with utter disdain
Keeps accurate tracking of WiFi data minutes. Good explanation of billing. Easy to navigate.
And doesn't top your phone up! Constant messages are annoying.
